ART APPRECATION AND GALLERY VISITS

 

NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE MEMBERS

 

Nominations for positions in the U3A Pine Rivers Management Committee are sought from members.  In accordance with our Constitution, we require nominations for the positions of:

President,  Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and a total of eleven (11) other positions in the Committee.

Most of the positions are currently occupied by members who will be re-nominating, however, some will not and new members are always welcome.

Please complete the Nomination  form ( see Forms ) and send it to

PO Box 11, Strathpine, 4500, or give it to the Secretary at a meeting.

All nominations must reach the Secretary by c.o.b. of  8th March 2012

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

 

Membership renewal for 2012 is due from January 1, 2012.

 

Fees can be paid at the monthly Bray Hall meetings or Kings Cottage (Wednesday mornings), posted in or by EFT – code Mb12.

 

A Renewal form is included on the back page of the newsletter.  This form is now also available on our website  at ‘Forms Renewal” and can be completed and sent online.

 

As usual, any member who has not renewed by the 18th March (AGM) will be removed from the membership list and will not receive newsletters or be able to attend classes and activities.

 

All members must present their current membership badges to the tutor/convenor when attending the first class in 2012.

     Members may want to order printed name badges with a magnetic clip.

     The cost of the badges is $12.00 (Payment in advance).
