In July 2023, President Bronwen Winn awarded Bill Bryson with Life Membership to U3A Pine Rivers in recognition of his meritorious contribution to this organisation.
Bill has been a dedicated volunteer and support person in many ways during his twenty-two years of membership
of U3A Pine Rivers.
In this time Bill has volunteered and contributed to the following
- Centre Manager for King’s Cottage,
- Vice President
- Management Committee Member assisting at Open Days at the Strathpine Community Centre
- Social and Information mornings at Bray Hall
- Preparations for the U3A Network Queensland 2022 State Conference
- The Book Club Discussion Group members have flourished under your leadership and guidance
